Tour Itinerary

Day 01

Arrive Leh

Arrival Leh Kushok Bakula Rinpoche Airport one of the world highest operated airport in the world at 3500mtr above sea level. Upon arrival you will met by our representative and transfer to Hotel for Check in. Complete day for rest and leisure. Overnight at Hotel.

You are advised to take complete rest; this will help you to acclimatize to the high altitude.

Day 02

Leh Excursion to Sham Valley

After breakfast transfer to the Sham Valley. On the way visit the famous Spituk Monastery, Gurudwara Patthar Sahib, the magical Magnetic Hill, and the Hall of Fame Museum built by the Indian Army. Later visit the very beautiful Sangam– the confluence of the Indus & Zanskar Rivers. Sangam is also known as River Rafting Point; here you can go for River Rafting. Evening return to Leh. Overnight stay in Leh.

At Sangam you can see the two, distinctly colored rivers merge beautifully in the laps of lofty mountains.

Day 03

Leh to Nubra Valley via KhardungLa Pass

After breakfast we drive to Nubra Valley. The road journey from Leh to Nubra Valley passes over Khardung La (The Highest Motorable Road In The World) at 5,602 Mtrs / 18,380 ft, around 39 km from Leh). The average altitude of the valley is 10,000 Ft. above sea level. On the way we will take a halt for ATV Rides and Camel Ride in the Sand Dunes of Nubra Valley. Later Proceed to visit Diskit Monastery. Upon arrival in Nubra we check in at our Camp / Hotel in Hunder for Overnight stay.

Diskit Monastery is the oldest and largest Buddhist Monastery in the Nubra Valley of Ladakh, northern India.

Day 04

Nubra Valley to Pangong Lake to Leh

After breakfast drive towards Pangong Lake via Shyok River, by afternoon reach at Pangong Lake situated at 13,930 feet. Later drive to Leh via Changla Pass and Overnight stay at Hotel.

This famous high Altitude Lake of Pangong is 5- 8Kms wide and over 140 Kms long with 30% in India and 70% in China. This large, serene lake forms a brilliant color variation including deep blue, dark green, turquoise, etc.

Day 05

Leh Sightseeing

Post breakfast whole day for Leh Sightseeing. We will visit Thiksey Monastery an impressive complex rising tier upon tier on a hill above the village, Shey Palace, The ancient capital of Ladakh, & 3 Idiots Rancho School. Evening at Leisure to explore the city on your own. Dinner & Overnight at the Hotel.

Thiksey Monastery often considered the most beautiful monastery in all of Ladakh.

Day 06

Leh Sightseeing

After breakfast the whole day for sightseeing. We will visit Leh Palace, Shanti Stupa, and Leh market.

From Leh Palace you can enjoy the view of beautiful Leh City.

Day 07

Depart Leh (FLY OUT)

After early morning breakfast transfer to Domestic Airport to catch the flight for your onward Destination. Fly back with the sweet memories of Ladakh.

Cancellation 20 days prior to the tour will we be charged 50% of tour cost remaining payment if any will be transferred to you as per refund policy

Cancellation 10 days prior to the tour will we be charged 100% of the tour cost and no refund will be Provided in any circumstances.
Upon cancellation of a tour, one can book another tour in next 6 months with the amount already paid. This will reward you with 10% additional bonus on the cancellation fee amount to be used in the next tour (Not Valid for cancellations Made in last 10days to the tour).

All refunds will be processed within 10 bank working days.

Happy Journey Holidays will reserve the rights to grant or refuse refunds at our own discretion (Any disputes can be settled in the court of law).

Refund due to cancellation of tour from our side will get 100% refund of the tour cost.
 Happy Journey Holidays is not responsible for the cancellation charged by Railways and Airlines due to cancellation of tour in any condition. That charges are to be paid by the customer.
