Travel south along the coast to Jatayu Earth Centre, home to the world's largest bird sculpture — a stunning stop for mythology, art and photo lovers. Continue to Kovalam and settle into a seaside resort, with time to walk the lively beachfront promenade.

Explore the capital city: marvel at the architectural grandeur of Padmanabhaswamy Temple, browse through Napier Museum and Sri Chitra Art Gallery, and stop at the local markets. Return to Kovalam for an evening along the lighthouse beach.

Head out early for a full-day excursion to Kanyakumari, the meeting point of the Arabian Sea, Bay of Bengal and Indian Ocean. Visit Vivekananda Rock Memorial, Thiruvalluvar Statue, seaside viewpoints and handicraft markets. Return to Kovalam to relax at the beach.
